From this... to a better life..Our Goal!
  Hi Diane,

Just thought you would like to know that our little Bella has gone to new heights..... She is a JEWEL thief. I told you how she will give my hand a quick little peck at night just to make sure I'm still there. Well, the other night, or early morning might be more appropriate, she started to lick my hand and didn't stop. I thought oh maybe she will be a kisser after all. I don't know how long she had been kissing my hand. I do remember I had time to think that there wasn't a prince for her here. I woke up in the morning and my Bella was missing.. I called her name and she didn't respond. Now I know she couldn't get out of the house however being the little escape artist she is my heart did skip a beat. When I got out of bed who was at the foot of the bed on the floor but my little princess. She was wagging her tail to beat the band and protecting something. I looked down on the floor to see my amethyst ring which I was unaware was off my hand. The hand she had been licking a few hours ago. She was looking at me like "can I keep it mom, I worked hard for it". So as of now she is not only an escape artist but a jewel thief (who returns the jewels).

Bella and Mom!

PS Pierre and Bella have now found out it's great fun to play chase.

This page is dedicated to our special new and "old" volunteers, which have embarked on a special mission at our Adoption Center. It is all about making a difference for all living things, dogs and humans! Our path, and the slow opening of the Adoption Center, has truly proven to be a rewarding experience because it eliminated the selfish, the greedy and the self-centered individuals who criticize.  We've brought in the best quality of people who are truly making a difference! FPALR would like to thank all of the new volunteers, which are part of this rescue! You are participating and creating a new world for the unwanted living creatures behind bars, by no fault of their own, while enhancing the lives of the ones that "LIVE their lives" in true spirit through education, compassion, dedication and hard work, while having fun! You are truly "The Best Humans!"
