What dogs need foster homes ? is it the perfect dog ? No,
those get adopted right away. Is it the cute furry pup ? No they get
adopted too. Could it be the one that might be insecure and scared ? Yes
those are the ones that need the TLC. Is it the one that came in
Heartworm positive and just treated ? yes they need a quiet and limited
exercise environment to re-coup in.
We would like to have every
dog in a foster home but we would LOVE to have these in a foster home
that need some positive reinforcement in their life's

These dogs just need a break in life somehow , can you help them ? First they lose their homes, now have to be boarded til an adoptive family finds them. They won't ask for much, a few pats on the head, a few treats, perhaps a walk or two .

Please email foster@fortunatelabrescue.org for a short questionnaire and an agreement prior to calling so they may be approved. Please understand that with each dog in need of being in a foster home, we must base our decisions on which home would most benefit the dog themselves.
